Web Site Maestro is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Tonbrand Software be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of Web Site Maestro. A user license may only be obtained by paying the shareware fee to Tonbrand Software. A user license is personal and giving the registration code to a third party or making it public in any way is illegal and will be prosecuted.
